We were asked, at short notice, to complete an installation in a state of the art food factory, already under construction. With a 4 day lead-time on completion, driven by external factors out of the control of the manufacturer.
Our approach – Operations Manager – Graham O’Sullivan assessed the requirements of the on-site Project Manager, with our Training Lead Paul Zugaro.
Day 1 – Scope and Timing agreed.
Day 2 - the team of 5 (four Plumbers and an apprentice) and materials arrive for a long day …
Day 3 - the team of 6 (Five Plumbers and an apprentice) and materials arrive for a very long day …
Day 4 - A Very Happy Customer with approval to Manufacture to SQF standards ☺
